There is now an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning & Development Manager with an established organization. Reporting to the VP of Talent Management & Learning, you will partner to drive the L&D initiatives and agenda to implement on a large scale. Your role will design and deliver customized talent and learning solutions that are aligned with the organisation’s strategic direction.
Establish strong partnership with senior stakeholders across the functions to drive towards a robust people development programme aligned with the company goals. Review training needs, identify training gaps, design and propose training intervention. You will project manage and implement programs to address people development needs. Facilitate or lead in firm-wide L&D events as needed
Drive adoption through various communication channels and deliver strategic programs, supported by analytics and reporting. Review of the yearly L&OD programs and co-design of talent strategy.
You are degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience in Learning and development function in a corporate environment. You will have worked in a highly matrix organization. Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and HR team. You will have organizational astuteness and agility. Experience in working in an organization with large employee headcount is important.
