    Description

    Are you a builder? Will you be excited to be part of the critical HR transformation journey that will revamp the organization’s People & Culture function. There is now an opportunity with a leading FMCG organization as a Senior Talent Management & Development Lead in APAC.

    Role
    You will take the ownership to develop and design the new talent frameworks and processes. Responsible for the design and development of frameworks and programs. The role will also evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and make changes as necessary. A key responsibility would be to support the senior management in succession planning – to identify, groom and position high potential/top performing talents for leadership positions. Design and conceptualize talent strategies, solutions and frameworks to support business needs and drive optimal talent outcomes across the markets in APAC. You and your team will partner closely with country business leaders and key stakeholders to drive key talent management initiatives. These will include the regular talent review, performance management and leadership development to drive towards a High-Performing culture. Work with the functional heads for internal and external talent pipeline, succession planning, to create the bench strength for critical leadership positions. In addition, you will manage strategic talent and development initiatives which will drive towards the business expansion  in APAC.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, with at least 15 years of HR experience, ideally with at least 12 years focused on Talent Management. You have excellent communication and writing/presentation skills and a proven track record in influencing and managing senior stakeholders. High agility in leading multiple complex projects and adapting to changing needs/environments. Strong business acumen to gel people agenda and business goals.
