    There is now an exciting position to join as a Senior Talent Management Manager within the Healthcare sector. Reporting to the Head of Talent Management & Development, you will be responsible for the Talent Management and Succession Planning for the group in Singapore.

    You will be responsible to define, review and implement cluster level policies and framework relating to talent management and succession planning for key roles. Drive the design, development, implementation and embedding of talent management processes across the group to create a strong leadership bench strength. Partner with senior management, respective HR Business Partners and leaders as well as key external partners to execute consistent talent management and development strategies. This includes procedures for a robust assessment of talents for selection and succession management across institutions.

    In addition, you will work closely with the Learning & Development COE to deliver and execute training curriculum & professional development programmes for the identified talent and succession candidates. Manage the group’s talent database, coordinate with management team to plan and execute talent review process including coordination of pre-work and post-review analysis, identification of key insights/trends, monitoring/supporting action plans. Partner HRIS team to establish the metrics needed to ensure the effectiveness of the talent management strategy, processes, and programs.

    Degree qualified, you will possess at least 8 years of HR experience including Talent Management experience. Being a self-starter with high adaptability, you will be a confident individual with strong stakeholder management skill set. You possess excellent influencing and project management skills to operate in a highly matrix/ complex business environment. Experience and exposure across different leadership assessment tools are an advantage.
