There is an exciting opportunity as a Senior Talent Manager within the Technology industry. Our client is driven by its aim to integrate health and technology to create more advanced, accessible, and convenient healthcare services. Hence, they are seeking a senior talent management & development lead to drive this mission.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Management & Capability Development, you are required to collaborate closely with the HR Business Partners in driving learning, talent, and organizational design initiatives. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to liaising with stakeholders in the organizing and planning of training programmes, succession planning, and employee engagement. You will be crucial in the transformation of the organization.
You should possess at least 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, specifically in the domains of Talent Management and Organizational Design. You must have held a managerial position for a minimum of 7 years in the above-mentioned functions and been involved in a change management process. It would be ideal to possess a growth mindset and carry multi-tasking abilities while working in a fast-paced environment. Having worked in the healthcare industry is a plus!
