My Client is an established firm that has raised significant amount of funding. They are currently looking for a Senior Technology Counsel to join the team. Reporting to the general counsel, this candidate will work in a fast paced environment with great growth opportunities.

As the senior counsel, you will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of technology agreements and contracts i.e. SaaS/IT/IP, advise on matters related to data privacy, work closely and advise business team on legal matters and potentially managing a mid-level counsel.

Job Requirements:

• >8PQE, called to Singapore Bar
• Knowledge of technology agreements/experience working in the technology related industry would be well regarded
• Driven, ready to commit
