This is large chemical and oil trading company with a significant presence in Asia Pacific, and is one of the market leaders in its field. Singapore serves as the Asia Pacific headquarters. There is now an exciting opportunity for a senior trade finance executive to join the team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Trade Finance & Treasury Manager, the senior trade finance executive will be working closely with the trading desks and financial institutions on import and export LCs. He / She will also liaise with banks to maintain the banking facilities and ensure sufficient working capital.

In addition, he / she will monitor and manage FX exposure.

Requirements

The successful incumbent will possess a degree in finance discipline with 3-4 years trade finance experience, preferably within energy trading.  You will have a strong attention to details, and is a strong team player.

This role is open to candidates with energy trade finance experience from the banks.
