    Service Centre Manager, Leading Automotive Brand

    As part of local expansion plans, a Leading Automotive Brand is seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead one of their top performing brand’s aftersales business to further heights.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Mechanical Services, you will be responsible for leading one of the key service centres in Singapore. You will keep a close eye on daily metrics and ensure the smooth running of the service centre, while at the same time developing and employing strategies to grow profits in a sustainable manner. This role will have full ownership over P&L of the service centre.

    Requirements

    You have at least 6 to 8 years of team management experience in an Automotive Distributor, with P&L ownership responsibility. There is a strong preference for candidates who are numbers driven without discounting customer service. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
