    Our client is a Global Financial Institution and as part of expansion, they are looking for a Service Desk Administrator.

    Role

    You are responsible for providing L1 system support, ensuring issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in IT environment.
    • Working knowledge in handling daily operation of running batch job, monitoring and handling of external printing service.
    • Exceptional customer service and administration skills, exemplary attention to detail. 
    • Proven ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations. 
    • ITIL Foundation or ITIL intermediate Certification is advantageous.
