This is an international heavy infrastructure asset owner and ancillary services provider, with clients ranging from but not limited to Energy including transition energy. In the Group’s continuous endeavours to promote internally, there is now a rare opportunity for a SEA Finance Director to lead a team of high calibre finance professionals.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of SEA and Group CFO, the SEA Finance Director will be instrumental in the Group’s Singapore and Southeast Asia growth ambitions. Working hand-in-hand with the senior leadership team, the Finance Director will drive strategic initiatives, lend technical and financial support to the Investments & Corporate Development team in M&A, JV, and strategic alliance matters. The Finance Director will also provide guidance to the SEA leaders on budgeting, forecasting and financial insight matters. This is essentially a full suite finance role encompassing functions of financing, treasury, controllership, and to a certain extent, enterprise risk management.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a degree qualified CA/CPA and have a minimum of 15 years finance experience, of which the last 8 years must be in a managerial capacity with oversight of sizeable teams.  Those with track record in M&A financial due diligence and worked in heavy infrastructure sectors will be viewed upon favorably. You will be described as commercially oriented and able to articulate the strategic agenda of the business into executable, operational plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders. Whilst you have worked in established and structured multinationals, you are fundamentally entrepreneurial in spirit, flexible and agile in thought.
