    This is an exciting opportunity working for a leading capital company in semiconductor industry.


    • Manage teams of planners and buyers as well as planning for production
    • Work with suppliers and subcontracts and manages supplier scorecard process (QBR) and drives inventory management initiatives (e.g. DFT)
    • Participate in regular NPI / project meetings and follow up on supply chain related action items per PLC phase exit
    • Take overall responsibility for obsolete parts process
    • Ensure the integrity of BOM and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements
    • Develop strategies, implement plans, and track progress for cost savings / gross margin improvement and lead time reduction initiatives to meet company objectives
    • Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for purchasing / planning activities
    • Manage and engage in key projects, including product transfers, new product introductions, business systems applications, supplier integration, process improvements or other related projects
    • Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets company objectives



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
    • Min. 10 years in capital industry in purchasing or supply chain management, with at least 5 years managerial experience
    • Proficient in MRP system(SAP is an advantage)
    • In-depth knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
    • Ability to drive process improvement in Purchasing/ Planning process
    • Analytical, good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
    • Good people management skills including coaching, talent development and succession planning
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and liaise with a variety of offshore locations
