    We are partnering with a global renowned organization within the Pharma & Life Sciences industry for a Strategic HR Business Partner to be based in Singapore. Reporting to the MD, you will be the supporting the senior leadership and the Country General Managers to drive and lead the human capital agenda. Your role will be focusing on strategic HR business partnering as you are well supported by the regional Shared Services team while working closely with a stellar team of COE HR leads.

    You are commercially savvy and play a pivotal role in developing future leaders to meet the organization growth ambition. You have a key role in engaging leaders and HR in the talent review process and in the implementation of succession planning. You will champion any organization  matters that are related to landing the transformation journey to its success. Being a change agent and instrumental to the organization culture building as they pivoted themselves into new ways of working. You are the expertise to implement the effectiveness of human capital practices.

    You should ideally possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR related qualification with a strong proven track record in change management and HR transformation. Have minimum 18 years of experience in HR Business Partner role or Talent/Performance Management. You possess strong commercial acumen skills with a high degree of ability to influence decision making.  You are resourceful, innovative and pragmatic in implementation and outcome focused. You have strong communication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to build relations easily cross-culture/ cross-functions. Strong knowledge of Workday system is an advantage.
