This is a global established bank with a strategic focus in growing their Asia footprints. They are now building the regional hub of Credit Middle Office in Singapore and looking to hire dynamic team leaders.

Responsibilities

Managing a team, you will be responsible for spearheading, developing and building the process and governance around the credit lifecycle from origination, onboarding, quality and control governance overview.  You will deploy new technology tools to automate the process and work closely with front office stakeholders on complex deals. You will provide leadership oversight, training and control over the team and ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies of the process. This is an exciting opportunity where you will engage with senior internal stakeholders and add value to the deal process.

Requirements

With minimum of 10 – 15 years of related Credit Operations, Credit Middle Office, Credit Risk experience in Wholesale Banks / Global Markets. Usage of data analytic tools and techniques is a plus. Change Management experience is preferred. Proven ability to lead a team nd engage senior stakeholders is a plus. Strong corporate governance and problem-solving skills are preferred. You are highly resilient, a strong team player, driven, solutions-focused, and has strong influencing skills.
