An established international financial services firm is looking for a SVP/Director, Regional Compliance Lead for their business.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for the firm’s regional compliance and APAC data privacy programs. You will implement and maintain policies and procedures, manage regulators and internal stakeholders, as well as provide compliance advisory and training.

Requirements

You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant law, business or finance programs, and a minimum of 12-15 years’ legal or compliance experience in a regulated financial institution. Ideally, you have experience in providing compliance coverage for electronic trading and financial markets as well as data privacy and security laws. To liaise effectively with stakeholders including regulators, you will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
