An established international bank with a clear consistent strategy to continue investing in Asia Pacific. Covid-19 has further strengthen their commitment to their employees in Asia and they have a new opening in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) risk management.
Reporting to the Global Risk Head and as part of the Asia leadership team, you will responsible for the regional oversight and direction of the ESG efforts. You are responsible for the formulation and implementation of supervisory initiatives on green finance for Singapore’s banking system. Lead efforts to formulate and implement supervisory initiatives on green finance, including to integrate environmental risk management into MAS’ bank supervisory framework; Steer implementation efforts and work closely with banks to strengthen their environmental risk management policies, processes and practices; Provide subject matter expertise on environmental risk management, contribute to internal capacity building and initiate collaborative opportunities with internal stakeholders.
You have least 12 years of relevant ESG risk management experience including proven track record in a leadership role. Proven leadership and organizational skills with international management and stakeholders. With strong communication and influencing skills, you are commercial, experimental, strategic, solutions-oriented , driven and possess the gravitas of a credible leader.
