Our client is an established institution contending for a Digital Banking license. A market leader in its space, it is headquartered in Singapore with an expanding regional presence. It is now keen to identify a dynamic human resources professional capable of supporting its growth ambitions.
This is a highly exciting role where you will partner the CEO and business leaders in developing and executing its HR strategy to achieve its vision and business goals. You will provide effective solutions through robust framework, processes, policies and quality advice at the strategic and operational level to help the business build, develop and retain a high performing team. You will be expected to embrace new technologies, be on top of emerging HR trends and proactively explore adoption approaches to create a best in class workplace and work culture.
You are degree qualified with a demonstrated track record of partnering senior leaders gained in both banks and fintech companies, ideally with startup experience. You have strong knowledge of Singapore banking regulations and good appreciation of the fintech industry. You are conversant in new technologies e.g. digital, AI, data science and its adoption in the business and HR. You are dynamic, strategic yet very hands on, with strong EQ, presentation and communication skills.
