    This is a well-established bank with strong credit ratings and continued investments into Asia. They are now hiring a senior operational risk individual to set new risk measurement standards and support the head office to redefine Operational Risk to better manage risk and foster tighter operational risk management framework and culture.


    Reporting to the Global Head of Operational Risk functionally, you will be responsible for reviewing, challenging and developing new operational risk policies and framework that take into account risk from the current dynamic risk landscape.  You will drive the usage of data analytics and tools for risk measurements. You will also be the key point of contact to senior risk leaders in the bank and external forum to be keeping abreast of the latest risk techniques and topics. This is a line risk role that requires a game-changer mindset as you will be influencing the change across the risk function. This is an exciting and highly visible risk opportunity where you will engage with senior internal stakeholders and present to Risk Management.


    With minimum of 10 – 15 years of related Operational Risk Management experience in Treasury and Global Markets . Usage of data analytic tools and techniques is a plus. Proven ability to write policies, present ideas and engage senior stakeholders is a plus. Strong corporate governance, regulatory knowledge and problem-solving skills are preferred. You are highly resilient, a strong team player, driven, solutions-focused, and has strong influencing skills.
