    Description

    • TA Manager – Individual Contributor Role
    • Oversees All-of-Singapore Hiring (Campus, Technology, Asset Management)

Our client is a globally renowned hedge fund with significant presence across APAC and the Americas. They have a long history of performance and manage close to $10bil worth of funds. A role for a TA Manager has since opened up for someone passionate about growing their illustrated brand across Singapore.

    Role

As a TA Manager, you will have direct access to top-level executives across Asia and the US as you recruit for APAC-level positions based in Singapore. You will be entrusted with high levels of autonomy in designing projects to enhance the firm’s talent attraction, branding, and campus outreach strategies – all in the name of bringing the best talents into the Technology, Research, and Asset Management teams. These teams currently hire some of the brightest minds in the country – mostly PhD and Masters graduates – with a focus on people who are humble, down-to-earth, and collaborative. You will be tasked to upkeep the culture of these teams by hiring like-minded individuals who possess the right technical abilities and character attributes. This role is ideal for a well-rounded TA partner who is equally adept at sourcing, managing the hiring process, and influencing stakeholders towards a win-win solution.

    Requirements

The successful candidate should possess between 3-6 years of experience though more experienced candidates will also be considered. You should have experience in an in-house environment managing the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Prior involvement in campus activities would also be an added advantage. You should be resourceful, a strong communicator, and have a track of record of influencing diverse stakeholders.
