    Description

    There is now a newly created position as the Group COE Lead for Talent Acquisition within the Healthcare sector. This role will be responsible for Singapore mandates and you will partner with the Senior Management and Functional Heads to drive the talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. You are the key enabler to enhance and pivot the talent acquisition function to the next level.

    Responsibilities

    Drive talent attraction pipeline programs to bring in talents into the healthcare sector, including managing campus drives and career fairs. Partner with HRBPs/ Senior Leaders to build a solid talent pool including pro-actively sourcing, of suitable candidates for C-suite roles. Review and enhance the Talent Recruitment process for other entities and establish measurements to implement Employee Value Proposition (EVP).  To set up an ATS system, database and processes. Lead, manage, coach and motivate a team to ensure effective, efficient and professional execution of Resourcing channels and strategies. You will partner with HR team to ensure that the talent solutions integrate with other HR functions.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including in the areas of resourcing and employer branding, with at least 5 years of supervisory skills. Healthcare experience will be an added advantage. You will have worked in a highly matrix organization. Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and HR team. You will have organizational astuteness and agility. Experience in working in an organization with large employee headcount is important. Experience in SAP or SAP Success Factor will be an advantage.
