Our client is a globally renowned private equity firm which serves many of the world’s most prominent investors. They have an extensive presence across the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific and are continuing their growth journey backed by a strong balance sheet and a proven investment strategy. To support their growth plans across Asia, they are now seeking to bring in a Talent Acquisition Lead to help with uplifting their internal talent acquisition strategy.
This role reports directly to the APAC Managing Director for HR and will be part of a growing HR team in the region. You will help with establishing and formalizing the firm’s talent acquisition strategy across the region, and further partner with senior management leaders to build customized recruitment approaches to meet their talent needs. You will also build close relationships with external search partners to attract top-calibre talent across the region and ensure a consistent go-to-market strategy for consistent employer branding.
You should possess 8-12 years of solid recruitment experience either with a search firm or an established multinational corporation. Prior experience in Front Office recruitment would be highly desirable. You should also be an excellent communicator – both verbally and through the written word – and possess a good understanding of the talent landscape in either Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia.
