    Description

    There is constant innovation and transformation within the FMCG and Retail industries to meet the ever-changing needs of the consumers today. There is now an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a global renowned organization as  Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to support the APAC region. You will have the opportunity to establish and revamped the talent acquisition function including the setting up of MA programs, campus recruitment and championing the Employer Branding initiatives and projects.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with the senior leadership and functional heads of business to drive talent acquisition needs, set up MA and Internship programs and EVP and Employer Branding. You are the custodian of the recruitment function to define the Talent Attraction and Talent Retention Strategies. You will develop and implement the best hiring strategies for the organisation. You will be responsible for the end to end entire recruitment cycle, including salary proposal, operations, ob-boarding and talent mapping.

    You will work closely with the Headquarter to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy by using social media or other databases to source for and attract talents. Part of your responsibility would require you to collaborate with the various department heads regularly to identify immediate and future hiring needs.

    Requirements

    You will have at least 8 years of talent acquisition experience preferably from the FMCG, Retail or services-related industries. A minimum of 5 years of prior experience working in a consumer industry with a highly matrix structure is a must . You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. You will also have the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with the different stakeholders of the organisation.
