There is now an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist within a fast growing industry.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the business unit and management team to drive talent acquisition needs. You will develop and implement the best hiring strategies for the organisation. Your role will mainly require you to hire for outstanding educators and you will to be in-charge of the entire recruitment cycle, including operations, and talent mapping.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will need to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy by using social media or other databases to source for and attract talents. Part of your responsibility would require you to collaborate with the various department heads regularly to identify immediate and future hiring needs.
You will have at least 4 years of talent acquisition experience preferably from an education setting. Prior experience in Talent Acquisition is a must. You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. You will also have the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with the different stakeholders of the organisation.
