    Our client is a leading global insurer and one of the world’s largest publicly traded company in their space. Singapore remains a key hub to their Asian business and is accordingly the site of their APAC headquarters. Growth has remained strong despite the Covid-19 pandemic and their team size has continued to grow steadily. A newly-created role for a TA Specialist has recently opened for someone who is enterprising, creative, and eager to join them in building up their in-house recruitment capabilities.


    This TA Specialist will report in to the APAC Recruitment Partner and partner with HRBPs and business leaders to oversee recruitment needs within Singapore. You will be the first dedicated TA resource for the Singapore office and will be in an exciting position to build up the TA function through the implementation of process, structure, and best practices. You will also partner with external search partners to lend you support on niche hiring, but will still get to remain hands-on in sourcing top talent across all functions in the company – corporate functions, insurance-specific roles, and also in the tech/digital space. This role will undoubtedly afford you with great exposure to hiring for niche high-quality roles; but the strongest attraction of this role may be the opportunity to be part of an APAC team known for their witty humour and harmonious collaboration.


    You should be degree-qualified with at least 4yrs of hands-on sourcing experience gained in a fast-paced environment with high hiring volume (30-40 requisitions a year). Candidates from the Financial Services and/or Professional Services industries would have a slight advantage, but not as much as someone who proves to be energetic, creative in problem-solving, and highly collaborative.
