    Description

    Our client is a highly stable and well-capitalized investments firm with an extensive presence across Asia. A dominant market share coupled with a long history of strong fundamentals have positioned our client well to take advantage of today’s volatile economic situation.  As a result of strategic mid-term business growth, they are currently seeking a Talent Attraction Lead to join them in reimagining their employer brand and defining their employee value proposition. This is a full-time, permanent position.

    Role

    As the Talent Attraction Lead, you will take charge of the talent attraction strategy – across various online & offline channels – to build a strong talent pipeline for the firm’s current and future workforce needs. Your strategies and ideas will reshape the firm’s employer brand in the eyes of future jobseekers, and further create meaningful candidate experiences as potential applicants move through the recruitment process. There will also be extensive partnerships with the Group Marketing and Communications teams as you conceptualise go-to-market messages to entrench a consistent employee value proposition in the market. The firm’s talent attraction strategy will target all levels of talent from fresh graduates, mid-level professionals, to senior-level executives. Accordingly, you will also form meaningful partnerships with institutes of higher learning, professional bodies, and industry experts. This multi-faceted role will see the incumbent developing holistically both in terms of individual competency and as a collaborative team player.

    Requirements

    You should have at least 3-8 years of experience in talent attraction and/or talent acquisition. You should also be well-versed in the recruitment cycle and be familiar with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. You must be highly collaborative and able to thrive in environments that encourage cross-team partnerships, independent time management, and high levels of trust.
