    Description

    Our client has a strong growth trajectory and has been increasing their presence in Asia Pacific. This is an exciting opportunity to join them on this hyper growth journey as they are the trailblazer within their category. Responsible for developing and executing on strategies to attract Senior Top Talent into the organization.

    Responsibilities

    You will embrace innovation, re-think on executive hiring and creating an agile & dynamic culture. Demonstrate strong ability to create value and shape the talent function in an APAC capacity while working closely with the Global Talent team. You will play an instrumental role as the key member in the Regional Executive Search team, partnering with a highly performance drive team and senior business leaders. You are responsible for talent mapping and manage senior mandates with multiple channels/ sources. As the organization is growing through expansion, it is critical to have a strong talent pipeline to ensure continuity of strong competency and capability of the workforce. Provides guidance to the team to ensure team performance is optimized and fully engaged in the organization’s mission, values and direction.  You will partner with COE to build and implement the Talent framework that will continue to drive diverse talent pipelines for key roles & capabilities across business units in APAC.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with senior executive search experience covering global markets gained in search firms or in-house with major FMCG firms. You are highly organized through prioritizing multiple day to day tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use market intelligence and other data sources to help define effective sourcing strategies. You have the competencies to source, approach, attract and manage passive talent, manage complex compensation package negotiations and approvals, and international relocation coordination across multiple locations. You are able to build credibility and confidence with executive candidates and business leaders, and possess strong stakeholder influencing skills and the ability able to navigate through ambiguous scenarios to achieve the desired outcome. Ideally, you will have managed large TA project or talent programs across a highly matrix organization.
