    Our client is a leading player within its category in the Consumer industry. The organization has been experiencing business growth within the Asia region. There is now a newly created position to join them as a Talent Director, APAC. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for the Talent Management and Learning Development for their Asia business.

    You will drive and establish the talent development and management agenda across the markets within Asia and work closely with the respective in-country HR and Business leaders to build the talent development processes & Initiatives while aligning closely with the business needs. You will develop talent through various learning and talent initiatives in line with business needs and driving improvements in capability development at all levels.Ensure that the talent agenda initiatives focus on strengthening the talent pipeline and a continuity of succession planning.

    Responsible for the leadership assessment tools and framework, you will drive employee engagement survey and action planning process for the markets. You will work closely with leadership team to drive the talent’s reward and development opportunities in the region. In addition, you will formulate initiatives to build and sustain a performance-driven culture. You will have the hands on ability to deliver training needs. Regional travelling is required.

    Degree qualified, you will possess at least 12 years of HR experience including Talent Management and L&D/ Training experience. Being a self-starter with high adaptability, you will be a confident individual with strong stakeholder management skill set. You possess excellent influencing and project management skills to operate in a highly matrix/ complex business environment. Experience and exposure across different leadership assessment tools are critical such as Hogan, Gallup and MBTI etc.
