    Description

    Our client is a global player in the clean energy space and supplies renewable energy to key markets across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Its foothold across regional and global energy trade routes enables them to increase security of energy supplies especially during these volatile times. Their strong belief in investing in talents have gotten them to the top of the industry – and a newly-created position is now open for a Talent & Organisation Development Specialist to join this remarkable team.

    Responsibilities

    This highly visible role reports directly to the VP (Talent & OD) and is responsible for implementing L&D, talent management, and leadership development programs across the globe. You will be mentored by a well-regarded veteran in the Talent Strategy space whose illustrious experience in HR consulting is backed by a formal coaching background. You will play a role in designing learning curriculums to ensure that training programs are curated and customised; additionally, you will also pick up methods to peg learning interventions with job grades/levels as part of a structured talent development plan. You will furthermore play a first-hand role in picking a new Learning Management System (LMS) and help with shortlisting appropriate training vendors to ensure the highest quality of training sessions. This role would be a great fit for a budding HR talent with a keen interest in Learning & Development and/or Organisation Development.

    Requirements

    You should be degree-qualified with at least 3 years of progressive HR experience gained at a large-sized multinational. You should have recent experience in an L&D / Talent Development / Talent Management / Organisation Development role. You must also be a strong communicator in speech and writing, and be passionate about developing talent in an organisation.
