A leading real estate company headquartered in Singapore is now hiring for a Talent Manager (Talent Management). This is a permanent, individual contributor role with a regional remit.
Take charge in the design and implementation of long-term talent frameworks, programs and processes to drive business transformation and growth. You will set the talent agenda and priorities for the headquarters and respective regional offices. Additionally, this role will support the senior management in succession planning, to identify high potential and high performing individuals. You will manage the performance review processes and framework. Other responsibilities include: to promote a culture for continuous learning and professional development, to develop effective training programme(s). You will also be taking lead in green harvesting talent acquisition efforts through various internship and management associate programmes.
You are degree qualified, with at least 7 years of HR experience, focused on Talent Management. Proficiency with Workday is a plus. You are a highly collaborative team player, with a proven track record in influencing and managing senior stakeholders. You are agile, independent and results-driven.
