We are partnering an established Financial Institution to look for a Container Technical lead who is a subject matter expert in implementing k8 platforms to automate and increase efficiency on Global processes.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing a secure and reliable container platform, not forgetting platform reliability, continuous testing and improvement, assisting to mitigate any risk or compliance matters. You will work closely with business application owners and other technology divisions to automate Cloud based infrastructure.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes on Public Cloud and openshift platforms
• You understand Cloud workload migration and Kubernetes interfaces (CRI, CNI, CSI), experience with testing frameworks and other CI/CD pipelining tools
• Prior background in Development (Golang, python, etc) an advantage!
• You have proven experience with IAC tools such as Terraform, Git.
• You embrace change and are able to problem solve with out of the box and innovative solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on best practices
• Any CKA CKAD and added Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP) are a huge plus
