Our client is a globally leading producer of Fuel Additives and am currently recruiting for a Singapore-based Technical Sales Account Manager role to focus on delivering results for assigned territories and key accounts within SEA and ANZ markets; particularly in Marine Fuel Additives market.
Reporting to the APAC Head of Sales for Fuel Additives, you will be responsible for the development and management of Fuels businesses, with specific interest to explore and develop new markets in Marine Fuels sector by promoting the brand and value proposition to the shipping industry. This is a techno-commercial role which involves sales, customer relationship management and developing new fuel additive packages. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, learning agility and project management.
You should ideally have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with 5-10 years’ of techno-commercial experience in Asia markets. Knowledge and experience of refining processes and refinery economics as well as exposure dealing with shipping companies and bunker fuel traders will be highly regarded. Critically, a good balance of experience and aptitude between technical and commercial sales or account management functions will be appreciated.
