Our client is a renowned specialty ingredients company who is hiring for a Technical Service Manager (Dairy and Plant-based Dairy categories) to be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Technical Service Director, you will be responsible for managing projects for the Southeast Asia and Oceania regions, where your primary role is to oversee and coordinate projects related to customers’ technical needs. This includes identifying new business opportunities, visiting customers to understand their requirements, and building strong relationships. You will assist in implementing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical assistance and training to customers.

Requirements

You would need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in dairy or food ingredients industry. Good knowledge in dairy ingredients, formulations, equipment and manufacturing processes is required. You are able to work effectively across multiple business units and teams, collaborate and have experience managing technical projects. Since this is a regional role, you should also be willing to travel when required.
