We are partnering an established MNC in the consumer and manufacturing markets to identify a Technology Business Partner to join its regional technology team. The Company prides itself on its ongoing emphasis and investments in Technology and Digital.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of IT Business Partner, you have the overall responsibility to be the strategic interface to the business units focusing on technology strategy development, solutions discovery and implementation to support business objectives. You lead review of technology solutions and organize discussions to ensure alignment of technology landscape with business strategies. Apart from solutioning, you play an integral role in managing business process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned technologist with at least 10 – 15 years’ of experience in technology industry with strong IT Business Partnering or Demand Management experience, preferably in the Industrial or FMCG industry. You should have good knowledge of SAP solutions especially SCM and SD processes. You are technically savvy yet possess strong business orientation with excellent communication skills. Stakeholder management and effective influencing skills are critical in this role.
