    Description

    There is now a newly created position within the Singapore HR team for a Total Rewards Director. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will be managing a large team locally. The team will be responsible for Compensations, Benefits and Wellness Programs. Perform compensation analysis, remuneration design, job evaluation and mapping, benchmarking for organization and work with the respective HR heads for  implementation. Providing leadership for implementing policies, processes, practices and tools.

    Responsible for the design, development and deployment of compensation and benefit programs that the objectives of attracting, retaining and motivating key talent with programs that are market competitive and align with business objectives. Drive the strategy that is aligned across the business entities and supports the attraction and retention of high performing talent. As part of the HR transformation program, you will architect the Total Rewards alignment across business entities. You will have the desire for an expanded scope on HR business partnering.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with a minimum of 18 years of HR experience in Total Rewards with exposure in performance management calibration. You will have worked in a highly matrix organization. GRP qualification is highly desired. You are highly numerical and analytical with a strong capability to drive process improvements. High agility and demonstrates tenacity to thrive in working on complex challenges with a diverse set of stakeholders. Relationship builder to enhance working partnership within the HR community and organization.
