    The search is on for a dynamic Total Rewards Professional with in-depth ASIA experience especially in ASEAN and South Asia to lead the TR team. Based in Singapore, you will report directly to the Total Rewards Director, APAC. Partner closely with HR COE and HRBP teams and business leaders.

    You will be responsible for innovative performance and reward strategies, programs, processes and solutions to support the attraction, retention and motivation of an engaged workforce. You will lead a team of Compensation & Benefits professionals who are responsible for executing regional reward and performance processes, communications and other performance and rewards activities. Lead the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews and Goal Setting process across the Region including the planning, implementation and administration of the annual processes to ensure timely delivery and a positive people manager and employee experience. Ensure data integrity of the inputs into the Review process, including performance ratings completion and analysis of distribution. Prepare the proposed annual review budget pools, and implement the principles and communications, including wide consultation with Leadership, Finance and C&B/HRBPs teams on imbedding reward strategy. Leverage on HR systems and technology for the Performance & Reward review process. Support Leadership in making informed decisions regarding the year-end budget and spend as well as reconciliation and analytics for Finance.

    Drive, develop, recommend, implement and administer Asia Pacific Reward strategies, policies, plans and procedures to meet the Company’s Regional and Global strategic priorities and objectives. Research, monitor and assess compensation trends and the regulatory environments, maintaining a strong connection with independent consultants, salary survey providers and industry colleagues to understand to the external market and climate. Oversee the process of Regional salary survey submissions to Global subscribed survey providers to ensure Regional alignment and consistency and proactively develop insights and recommendations from the outputs. Provide direction, guidance and leadership to the Compensation & Benefits Analysts, in the development, communication and implementation of the total rewards strategy.


    You will possess a minimum of 15 years’ experience in established MNCs. You should also have prior experience in establishing C&B structure and framework. You have a track record of developing highly effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and have excellent client-facing communication skills. Experience working in a complex and matric organization highly desirable. Experience in Workday and Mercer are highly desirable.
