    You will be part of a Regional APAC Rewards team that together oversees all facets of Rewards straddling cash compensation, equity planning, progressive benefits allowances, and other non-cash workplace benefits/perks. You will manage a direct report based in APAC and together oversee matters relating to cash and equity compensation programs. This may include regional salary benchmarking, job grade alignment, compensation design, incentive award planning, and equity allocation – on top of other compensation related projects. Your team of two will oversee all compensation matters across the region and will require you to constantly toggle between high-level strategic design thinking and hands-on ground execution (excluding payroll).


    You should possess at least 8-10 years of solid C&B experience gained at a complex global multinational with progressive Rewards practices. Prior experience in Rewards Consulting otherwise in a role where Rewards programs were designed will be hugely advantageous. Lastly, as part of the firm’s culture, our client also places huge emphasis on candidates who are highly consultative and who have a strong sense of team. You must be a strong communicator, supportive team player, and able to work with partners from all across the globe.
