Role

Reporting to the Team Lead, the Trade Settlements Officer will be supporting the Commercial Team in all aspects of operations including trade validation, reconciling of trades across systems, tracking of invoices, settlements, AP/AR reporting and be involved in systems testing. Due to continuous business and system improvement initiatives, the officer will be expected to be a key contributor to these causes.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a degree holder in a Finance/Accounting/ Business/ Engineering discipline, with minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar capacity within commodities trading. Candidates with prior oil experience will have a distinct advantage. You will be described as meticulous, proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
