This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Luxury Brand for a Travel Retail Account Director role. Reporting into the Managing Director, APAC  the right individual will be responsible for developing the Travel Retail business across Asia markets to deliver short and long term sales and profitability targets.

As the brand expands its presence across the Asia market, you develop the business strategy for these markets to meet sales, value market share and profitability goals with a key focus on specific markets. You will work cross-functionally throughout the organization and region to ensure seamless execution and alignment with internal stakeholers, including Finance, Marketing, Store Design/ VM, Retail Operations & Education and Logistics. Being a people leader, you would be required to coach and mentor staff to enhance skills, knowledge and performance standards.

As the right candidate, you are degree qualified with at least 15 years’ sales management experience in Travel Retail industry. Exposure in Beauty, Confectionary or FMCG is preferred. Good level of business acumen and has a high level of maturity to lead a team through changes.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, so as to establish and maintain good business relationships with clients
