My client is one of the largest real estate developers in Singapore that is looking for a Treasury Manager to support their business operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing liquidity and debt funding, and providing recommendations on hedging, financing structures and deployment of funds. As the organisation expands and evolves with the changing consumer landscape, you will be involved in developing/updating debt managing policies, and ad-hoc growth initiatives.

Requirements

You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in debt financing and cash management. To succeed in this role, prior experience with TMS and strong communication skills are key.
