Our client is a leading Oil & Gas company with strong regional footprints. A newly created Vetting Specialist role has been opened to join them in their Singapore office.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Marine, you are primarily responsible for the compliance and clearance process for voyage and chartered ships. You will conduct field audits and inspections and monitor the overall performance of these vessels. Working closely with operations team for variety of marine matters, you will keep abreast of new industry requirements and regulations and review the company’s standard procedure to promote improvements and upgrades in the SOPs and policies.

Qualifications
You are a Marine Engineer with at least 5 years of sea service on oil tankers experience and 3 years in shore based experience. Equipped with knowledge in industry standards, guidelines and  international legislations, you are prepared to work autonomously and partner with commercial and operational stakeholders across the business.
