An international Investment bank is looking to hire a rates trader to join a high performing trading team. This individual will work closely with the Head of Trading in continuing to achieve great customer satisfaction and achieve target revenue.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the trading team, you will be responsible in providing liquidity to both corporate and institutional clients while managing risk exposure. This includes frequently updating customer’s on trade ideas, pricing information, and market news. You are also responsible in monitoring market conditions, identifying trading opportunities, and executing trades in a timely and efficient manner. You will work with collaborate with other trading team members and other internal parties to enhance trading tools for pricing, publishing, and value analysis. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving yearly target and attracting new customers.

Requirements:

The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications and experience in trading Asian currencies in a bank, hedge fund, or other financial institution. Strong knowledge of Rates Product in  Asian markets and currencies is essential, as is knowledge in over-the-counter derivatives. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail allow you to confidently take actions after interpreting and evaluating market demand. You are able to demonstrate a deep understanding of risk management techniques. You are a result-oriented individual with an collaborative mindset who is able to work independently in a strong team environment.
