A local consumer services firm within a multi-billion dollar group is seeking a strategic and analytical sales leader to lead their business, for the Singapore market. This is a role with oversight on distribution channels that include branches, call centres and online platforms.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Consumer Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the consumer sales and customer service team. This is a strategic role of driving sales growth while developing and tracking KPI to improve sales processes and outcomes. This would be a valuable team to the organisation, working in tandem with marketing and product teams. The team will also play a key role in improving customer satisfaction through the use of our distribution channels, which include branches, call centers, online platforms.
The ideal leader will have over 15 years’ experience, has excellent communication skills and is data-centric, with a strong understanding of how to use data to inform sales strategy, process, and drive results. In addition, one will have a growth mindset with the interest to motivate and coach their team in achieving sales goals. To be successful, you have experience selling on both online and offline channels, via branches and call centres.
