Our client is a leading financial group in the world with deep roots in Asia. As the business is growing substantially, they are looking for a VP, Credit (FI) to join their team.

Responsibilities
With growth aspiration and complexity of the transactions, you will be working closely with the Business and provide guidance on risk appetite, transaction, due diligence, loan documentation or alternative solution to mitigate risk where appropriate. You are able to balance view on risk and commercial consideration. You will work with a collegial and collaborative team.

Requirements
You will hold a degree and have at least 4-5 years’ experience in managing FI portfolio. You will have a strong credit analysis skills and extensive product knowledge to support the business and minimize risk on financing solutions. Experience in Fund Financing, leveraged finance, M&A or real estate transaction will be an advantage. You are self-driven, analytical and comfortable in engaging with senior stakeholders.
