An established Private Bank continues to grow with a measured approach in Asia with clear strategy in Singapore as their hub location. This is a dynamic business facing role where you will lead the Business Sales Management Team for the Private Bank.
Reporting to the CEO directly, you will work closely with the Market Heads to develop sales strategies related to potential new market, products and client segments with an objective to drive sales and grow the books. You will assess financial drivers for the business as part of the strategy reviews and originate initiatives by partnering with the Market Heads and CIO. This is a highly visible role with the autonomy in the driver’s seat to partner the senior business leaders in expediting and enhancing the growth for the bank.
You are degree qualified with relevant Private Banking Sales Management, Business Management or Corporate Development experience. Knowledge of Private banking business with Strategy and Financial products is preferred. Mandarin fluency is required for this role as you will be facing HK/Greater China counterparts. You are self-motivated, solutions oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, commercial judgement and excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to deliver under pressure.
