Our client is a leading player within the e-commerce space, as they embark on transformation amidst volatile macro-economic conditions, there is a need to recruit a seasoned Enterprise Risk professional and bolt on their ERM framework.

Role

Reporting to the CFO and managing a lean team based in Singapore, you will be responsible for enterprise-wide risk management, which includes enhancing the established ERM framework, methodologies and tools, in partnership with risk owners in monitoring and reporting. You will develop relevant business process/models to assist in ‘Key Risks Indicators’ monitoring so as to aid in management decision making. This also includes the design and continuous review of the organization’s operating guidelines, policies, risk mitigation tactics to improve the overall risk management capabilities.

Requirements

Ideally you have a minimum of 12 years solid experience in risk management. Prior experience in growth and expansion sectors, and environments which are experiencing transformation and digital disruptions will be ideal. You are confident in engaging with senior stakeholders including making Board Presentations, whilst have the depth and willingness to be operationally hands on.
