Our Client is a leader in their own category. As it continues its ambitions of growth in APAC, they are now hiring a strategic leader as APAC VP, Marketing. The role will be based in Singapore.
Reporting into the President, Asia you will create innovative marketing strategies in order to achieve the group philosophy and create innovative marketing strategies that will build the brand and enhance brand equity, leading to increased brand awareness and topline growth. Be accountable to develop and put in place best marketing practices for use across the region and instill the strong customer focus culture. You will also ensure that the local teams are being in touch on the market trends and make right recommendations on new product innovations to maximize the market potentials. You will support also the markets in their localization efforts.
You should be degree qualified with at least you have at least 18 years’ FMCG experience. Strong project management skills and results oriented and able to champion best practice and tools across the organisation. Regional and local marketing experience is required with sound commercial acumen. Past exposure in integrating digital marketing to overall marketing campaign is crucial. Ability to travel extensively is required.
