Due to ambitious growth plans, my client, a well-known financial services firm is looking for a Marketing Communications VP to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a senior team member with ownership of initiatives as well as the chance to mentor and nurture junior members.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, you will be the right-hand (wo)man to shape and drive all marketing initiatives for your assigned portfolio – including integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market strategies, and media plans. You will have the opportunity and freedom to be creative while working towards commercial goals and within financial regulations, as well as ownership of the process from cutting through technical financial jargon and crafting USPs and customer propositions in everyday speak for your target audience to measurement and optimization.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant marketing or business programs, and a minimum of 8-10 years of marketing communications experience ideally in fast-moving environments within the financial services, tech, or FMCG industries. You have proven track record managing campaigns from start to end independently, and eager to explore new ways to better reach your audience. You are a strong communicator, and good with stakeholders. Advantageous to have experience in account management on agency side and or mentoring juniors.
