    Our client is a hyper-growth start-up within the Health & Nutrition industry, currently looking to grow their APAC portfolio including a key presence in North Asia. There is now an excellent opportunity for a high caliber HR professional to join their senior leadership team and to establish the HR strategy for the long-term business opportunities. It is in an exciting build out phase with huge growth in the last 5 years globally including regions in the US, Europe, North Asia and now in APAC.


    Reporting to the CEO of APAC based in Singapore and as part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible to set up the HR functions across the markets in APAC including North Asia, South Asia and SEA to help steer the performance for the growth and operations of the company. This role will also include corporate governance and stewardship of the HR function, strategic talent development and attraction.

    Drive and lead Talent initiatives, working with country business leaders, and work with in-country HR team to shape Human capital agenda and delivering best-in-class HR solutions and services to enable sustained growth. This includes organisational development, culture building and driving best practices across HR, HR business partnering, performance and talent management, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement to ensure strong talent attraction and retention.


    You are degree qualified with relevant demonstrated track record in HR leadership roles with strong knowledge of HR governance, labour laws and HR practices across APAC including China, India and Southeast Asia markets.  You will have proven track record experience in supporting businesses in build out phase or have partnered with CEOs/Founders.  Operationally hands-on and competent with a strong inclination towards commercial business partnering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Possess high agility with the ability to work well within complex and navigate ambiguous environments.
