    Description

    This is an excellent opportunity to be the VP of Compensation & Benefits with a renowned consumer leader within their sector. Reporting to the CHRO, you will be the custodian of the C&B function re-shaping the firm’s the compensation and benefits frameworks and strategies. You will have a team of reports while you partner closely with other business leaders and COEs to provide appropriate policy guidance across total rewards and performance related matters.

    As an employer of choice, you and the team will conduct market related salary bench market and review HR scorecard and total rewards package. Realign C&B initiatives with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the firm will continue to attract and retain talents. Responsible for the design of sales incentives compensation and the engagement delivery on related C&B projects and matters.

    Ideally, you are degree qualified in Human Resources and possess a GRP certification. Comes with a minimum 20 years of relevant working experience in consumer or technology industries. Open minded with a positive mindset along with the grit and resilience are what are the key attributes to the success of this role. You will have demonstrated high learning agility and assimilation in previous organizations. In depth working knowledge of Mercer and Aon are required.
