    An established bank is looking for a VP, Service Excellence Training for their retail banking business in Singapore.


    To succeed in this role, you will partner business stakeholders to analyse people development needs and to identify effective learning and development strategies with the objective of increasing the bank’s overall Net Promoter Score whilst ensuring a consistency in Service Quality delivery of the bank. This will include designing the learning and development curriculum from scratch to improve service quality, and to implement for the region.


    You have a bachelor’s degree or higher, and a minimum of 10 – 15 years of relevant learning and development experience ideally with a strong focus on service excellence / quality such as in retail banking, hospitality or B2C client-centric sectors. You should have experience designing curriculums from scratch, and implementing it regionally. You should be a self-motivated, process-driven individual with an ability to thrive in fast-moving environments. You are passionate about training and have good communication and presentation skills.
