Our client is a highly established and well-regarded major financial institution. There is now an exciting and rare opportunity for a dynamic compensation leader to join its group human resources team to support the firm’s growth and digital agenda.
This is a new and exciting role where you will lead the compensation and performance management teams in formulating and reviewing compensation and performance management policies and frameworks for the firm to strengthen its position as an employer of choice. You will conceptualise and implement initiatives to strengthen the performance management culture and lead the design and structuring of compensation plans to attract and retain top talent, with high emphasis on the technology and related talent pool in demand in this digital economy.
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading compensation design and implementation in major institutions or in consulting firms. Your work has ideally covered a sizeable technology and related workforce, and are well-versed with current and emerging trends in compensation frameworks and practices to attract and retain top talent. You are a progressive, future focused professional who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, EQ and communication skills.
