A leading international full bank continues to expand on their retail banking presence and digital footprints across Asia region. They continue to invest in their employees including strengthening the learning and development agenda. They are now looking for a Head of Sales Training for their consumer banking business in Singapore.
You will be responsible for end to end training of sales enablement for the bank’s consumer banking segment. This is a highly visible role where you will make an impact with strategically developing and implementing the design, framework and methodology of a learning curriculum that is aligned with the bank’s strategic customer agenda, and manage the implementation of learning initiatives and programs for the region. You will work closely with the Service Transformation team to understand human-centric design of customer insights and AI to translate into a fulfilling training for the bank.
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 -15 years of relevant learning and development experience in a regulated financial institution, ideally with a background of sales or business development. You should have experience designing curriculums from scratch, and implementing it regionally. Prior sales experience will be advantageous. You should be a self-motivated, people-oriented individual with an ability to thrive in fast-moving environments. You are passionate in training and have strong communication skills.
